• We currently ship within the U.S. only.
• Free USPS shipping is available on all orders over $50.
• Orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $5.99.
• All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.

Shipping Insurance

We recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for peace of mind. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, insurance will ensure you are covered.
Please note: USPS insurance only covers packages lost during transit and does not cover theft after delivery.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
We encourage you to try our tea samples before placing larger orders. If you’re not satisfied with a sample, we offer a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date.
